  • 300 g verse frambozen
    or 300 g diepgevroren frambozen, ontdooid
  • 100 - 150 g suiker, naar smaak
  • 30 g citroensap
  • boter, om in te vetten

  • 300 g sinaasappelsap, vers geperst (4-5 sinaasappels)

  • 50 g dadels, ontpit
  • ½ tl kaneelpoeder, pas aan naar smaak
