Lime cream and fruit salsa
- 200 g thickened cream
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 ripe mango, cut into small dice (5 mm)
- ½ fresh pineapple, cored, cut into small dice (5 mm)
- 1 tbsp Malibu® rum (optional)
Assembly
