Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground Turmeric, to taste (If new to Turmeric, start with 3⁄4 tsp)
  • 1⁄2 tsp ground Cinnamon, optional
  • 1 tsp Vanilla bean extract/paste
  • 10g Raw Honey/Maple Syrup/Coconut sugar or Monk Fruit
  • Optional 1 tsp Coconut or MCT oil
  • Optional 10g Gelatin or Collagen powder
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 150g non-dairy Milk (I recommend the Cashew milk recipe)
  • 100g water
