• 500 – 600 g chicken thigh fillets
• Olive oil for drizzling or spraying
• 20 g grated Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino Romano cheese more if desired
• 2 cloves garlic
• 30 g extra-virgin olive oil
• 100 g brown onion cut into quarters
• 160 g cream cooking or thickened cream is fine
• 1 Continental chicken stock pot or similar Chicken stock
• 10 g tomato paste
• 1/2 tsp a herb blend My herb blend or similar
• ¼ teaspoon brown sugar
• 60 g sundried tomatoes drained
• 1 head of broccoli cut into small, evenly-sized florets then slice them in half
