Ingredients

  • 20 g fresh ginger, fresh is best for this recipe
  • 20 g sunflower oil, or other non-flavoured oil
  • 10g toasted sesame oil
  • 300 g skinless chicken thigh, Cut into bite-sized pieces not too small
  • 2 Continental Chicken Stock Pots (or other)
  • 700ml of water.
  • 1 long red chilli, sliced (optional * see tips)
  • 2 bok choy or similar Asian grees chopped
  • 2 portions ribbon noodles, I used Mr Chen's thick Egg Noodles
